St Clare’s Hospice: How you fundraised to support the place that helped so many

The hospice, based in Jarrow, announced its closure on Monday. Forty-five staff will face redundancy as a result. As the news broke, we received so many heartwarming messages of support from you about how the staff and volunteers helped your families, and provided dignity for those who needed their services. We have now taken a trip down memory lane to remember all of the fundraisers you attended, from Boxing Day Dips to sponsored runs.
