Here's a quick guide to some of your travel options over the weekend of the Sunday, March 31, clash. We'll update information and add new details as we get them. Please note prices may fluctuate.

As of March 6, the only direct Sunderland-London King's Cross Sunday train leaves at 9.23am and arrives at 12.41pm. Tickets cost 129.60 for an adult single or 215 for a day return.
The only direct Grand Central train heading north after the game is the 6.22pm (arriving 9.51pm). Adult singles are again 129.60. An additional Saturday service south and Monday service north will run.
Planning to travel from, erhm, Newcastle or Durham on the LNER East Coast line? The first Sunday service south leaves Newcastle at 7.54am and Durham at 8.08am, arriving at King's Cross at 10.54am.
Additional trains south from Durham and Newcastle run roughly every half hour. The last realistic proposition to safely make kick-off would be the 10am Newcastle service, arriving London 12.53pm, which does not call at Durham.
Taking the possibility of extra-time and penalties into consideration, the first realistic LNER train north is the 6.27pm from King's Cross. Advance adult singles cost from 59 at the time of publication.
LNER offers reductions on certain group bookings for three or more customers. Nectar card holders can also convert their points into LNER vouchers to buy advance tickets.
Once you are at King's Cross, follow the signs for the King's Cross/St Pancra's underground station and take the Metropolitan line direct to Wembley Park (adult single 2.80). Services take around 20 minutes.

The popular Sunderland fanzine is running a series of coaches leaving town between 4am-6am on final day. Return tickets cost 50 with local pick ups at Dalton Park, Peterlee, Houghton, Wolviston and Belmont.
Single journeys from Sunderland-London cost from 8.33. A 7am Sunday bus gets to London Victoria at 1.20pm. A less tricky option would be the overnight 11.25pm service, arriving at 8am Sunday.
Heading home, the only Sunday Megabus leaving after full-time departs Victoria coach station at 11.45pm and arrives at Park Lane at 6.35am Monday. Single adult tickets are currently 19.07.
Adult returns begin at 23.10 although you will have to leave Sunderland at 9.30pm Saturday (arrive Victoria 6.20am Sunday) to ensure you get across London for the 2.30pm kick-off. The return north leaves 11.30pm.
Return day trips begin at 39.95 for a 6.30am match day start from Park Lane. Overnight stays leaving at 11.30am on March 30 cost 99.95. More from www.soccerexpress.co.uk
"Wembley" equals "gridlock". Why not drive to Stanmore Tube station, two miles off M1 junction 4, for the Jubilee line direct to Wembley Park (11 minutes)? Stanmore Tube car-park has 450 spaces from 15 per vehicle.
The clocks go forward one hour at 1am on March 31 to mark the beginning of British Summer Time. Don't be that dozy Sunderland fan who remortgages for a costly 300-mile emergency taxi journey.
