The CCTV images show Mr Sezer sitting calmly after the crash on Tuesday, before a colleague checks on him and they both attend to the elderly man who was driving.

The incredible video has now been shared more than 23,000 times on Facebook and the driver, who was thought to have had seizure, has even been back to Mr Sezer’s barbers to view it himself and to apologise.

Mr Sezer said: “I couldn’t believe it when I watched it back, you can see I am sort of in shock for a few seconds and then I just get up, there was no panicking.

“I posted the video online and within just a couple of days it’s been shared thousands of times.

“The driver came to see me this morning and this was the first time he’d seen what had happened too, he’s understandably very shaken and was very apologetic.

“I’m pleased he’s fine, he’s just in a lot of shock as you can imagine.

“It’s just been one of those freak things and we’ve both been very lucky.”

Mr Sezer said he’d even ended up with a new customer after his new found ‘fame’. The driver of the car had vowed to only use his hair cutting services from now on.

Laughing he added: “I’ve told him he’s not having his hair cut by me if he keeps entering my shop in that way. “But at least I’ve got a new customer out of it.”
