Police are currently dealing with the collision in Sunderland.
Officers attended the scene at the A1231/A19 roundabout where one vehicle had collided with the roundabout.
Two men have been taken to hospital with minor injuries.
Diversions were in place while one of the vehicles was removed but the road is now open.
The vehicle had previously failed to stop for police and officers were pursuing the vehicle.
Inquiries are ongoing.
