Warning to drivers over traffic lights out on A19 roundabout
Drivers are being warned to take care as traffic lights are out on a busy roundabout.
Thousands of motorists are being urged to approach Testo's roundabout with caution as signals from some directions, including for traffic travelling from Newcastle, are out of action.
