Get your air guitars out because we are going back in time to look at some great school rock bands.
You certainly loved creating music back in the day and schools from all over Sunderland and South Tyneside had their own music band.
Just look at these great photo memories from 1980 to 2023 taking in Mill Hill, Hebburn, Whitburn, Oxclose, Havelock, Grindon Hall, Houghton Kepier and more.
We want you to get in touch and relive your own memories of playing in a school rock band. Maybe you were on the drums, the bass guitar or perhaps you were the singer.
We want to hear from you if you remember the gigs you played and the other members of your band, especially if it led you to continuing a life in the world of music.
