Olise is still yet to be formally announced as a Bayern player amid interest from Chelsea, Newcastle United and Manchester United. The 22-year-old is set for a medical this week though it has been reported that Man United have attempted to hijack the transfer.
Both Newcastle and Chelsea were granted permission along with Bayern to speak with the player’s representatives last month. Despite Chelsea previously agreeing personal terms with Olise last summer, the winger has opted to join Bayern instead.
Olise has already agreed personal terms on a five-year deal at the Bundesliga club though the transfer is still yet to be formalised.
He will leave Crystal Palace having scored 16 goals in 90 appearances for the South London club, including 10 goals in 19 appearances during the 2023-24 campaign.
