Bruno Guimaraes leads Newcastle United’s latest player transfer valuations after big increase
The Magpies have lost just six times in 26 Premier League matches this calander year and have been boosted by the arrivals of eight new senior signings.
According to transfer website Transfermarkt, Newcastle’s current squad is valued at £380million.
Using that same data, we’ve looked at each individual Newcastle player to see which ones have had their market value increase the most so far in 2022.
Some players have enjoyed fine runs of form on the pitch and have seen significant increases while ageing and injured players have been hit by some decreases in their valuations.

9. Nick Pope: +£2.7m
Newcastle seem to have got themselves a bargain with Pope valued at £16.2million, significantly more than what they paid for him over the summer. His value has increased £2.7million since January.

10. Jacob Murphy: £2.7m
Jacob Murphy hasn’t made much of an impact on Newcastle’s first team in 2022 but his value has still increased £2.7million to £6.3million.
11. Miguel Almiron: +£1.8m
Almiron has scored twice for Newcastle in 2022 and has managed to increase his market value slightly to £16.2million.
12. Sean Longstaff: +£1.8m
The midfielder’s value has increased £1.8million to £13.5million in 2022.
