Callum Wilson posts classy injury message to Newcastle United fans after lay-off blow

Ten-goal striker Callum Wilson has posted a classy message to Newcastle United fans after it was revealed he’ll miss six to eight weeks with a hamstring tear.

Head coach Steve Bruce today revealed the frontman's injury news – and Wilson has taken to Twitter to pass on a message to fans.

He said: "Disappointed that I’m gonna have to miss the next few months due to this hamstring just another bump along the road that I will come back fitter and stronger from!”
