It has been a strange season for Newcastle United supporters.
There can't have been too many clubs that have allowed their fans to celebrate a memorable Champions League win over Paris Saint-Germain, Carabao Cup triumphs against Manchester United and Manchester City and a FA Cup wins over local rivals Sunderland and subjected them to a number of lows. The latest came on Saturday when the last hopes of landing silverware evaporated in the Manchester rain as Pep Guardiola's City eased to a 2-0 win in an FA Cup quarter-final clash with Eddie Howe's side.
Despite all of that, the Magpies supporters have followed their side around the country and to Milan, Dortmund and Paris in the hope that a successful season can be played out as they clock up the pounds and miles.
There are some things that every Newcastle supporter will have done during their time following the club - and here are 11 of them.

5. Been subjected to the 'trophy' comments!
Yes, we know Newcastle haven't won a major trophy since 1969 and a domestic trophy since 1955. But that doesn't change how we see our club and will only enhance that feeling when silverware is lifted by a Magpies captain. | Getty Images

6. Drink at the Strawberry
There aren't many more iconic pubs in Newcastle than the Strawberry. Perfectly located in the shadow of St James Park, a pint (or whatever your preferred choice of drink is) in there has to be undertaken at some point. Photo: Stu Forster

7. Marvelled at Kevin Keegan
Even supporters not fortunate enough to be around during Kevin Keegan's time at Newcastle know of his importance to the club. Hearing him talk about the Magpies evokes many emotions and all of them are overwhelmingly positive. | Getty Images

8. Sniggered at an Ant and Dec comment on Sunderland.
Ant and Dec are well known for their love of Newcastle United and never waste an opportunity to show their support. They have also sent some cheeky comments towards Sunderland during their time presenting I'm a Celebrity...and which Newcastle fan hasn't enjoyed that? | ITV
