Fabian Schar, Allan Saint-Maximin and Kieran Trippier latest: Newcastle United's injury list in full ahead of Tottenham

Newcastle United are looking to get back to winning ways in the Premier League when they visit Tottenham Hotspur on Sunday (4:30pm kick-off).

The Magpies were beaten 1-0 at Everton last time out before the international break but remain 14th in the table and nine points clear of the relegation zone with nine games to go.

While the international break has given some of Newcastle’s players time to recover, it has also taken its toll on others.

Jonjo Shelvey has missed the last two matches due to illness while Allan Saint-Maximin hasn’t started a game since February 13. Fabian Schar and Martin Dubravka were also forced to withdraw from international duty due to injury and illness respectively.

Callum Wilson and Kieran Trippier remain sidelined with longer term injuries but are expected to be back in contention to feature by the end of the month.

Here is Newcastle’s injury list in full…
