Football is back! Expert analysis and insight from our team as Newcastle United gear up for Premier League return

Newcastle United are set to return to action following a three-month break due to the coronavirus pandemic - and we've got it covered.

We'll be bringing you all the build-up this week ahead of the best coverage of the remaining Premier League and FA Cup games of the 2019-20 campaign.

Newcastle, 13th in the division with nine games left to play, will return to action with a Sunday June 21 home game against Sheffield United (2pm kick-off) and we’ll have the best coverage of the game throughout the day with our interactive blog, analysis, opinion and reaction – and much more!

United will then entertain Aston Villa at St James’s Park on June 24 (6pm). Newcastle will take on Bournemouth at the Vitality Stadium on July 1 (6pm).

There is also the FA Cup quarter final against Manchester City at St James's Park to look forward to in the opening batch of games, that game taking place Sunday, June 28 at 6.30pm.
