Former Newcastle United star in COVID-19 outbreak drama with Spain in coronavirus lockdown

Ex-Newcastle United fan favourite Hatem Ben Arfa has been involved in some coronavirus drama in Spain’s COVID-19 lockdown.

According to Spanish publication Diario AS, Ben Arfa had to be rushed from his hotel residence due to a coronavirus outbreak and is now being housed in Real Valladolid’s youth team facilities, near to the La Liga outfit’s home ground.

France international Ben Arfa, who has made just two appearances for Valladolid, has been living in a hotel since his free transfer arrival in January.
