The club’s players had been due to train this afternoon for the first time since Friday night’s 2-0 win over Crystal Palace.
Head coach Steve Bruce had revealed before the game that three players and one member of staff had tested positive for Covid-19.
And today’s session was cancelled in the wake of further positive tests over the weekend.
United’s players were tested yesterday ahead of Friday night’s game against Aston Villa at Villa Park.
