Newcastle United confirm coaching appointment
Newcastle United have announced Neil Redfearn’s successor at Newcastle United.
Redfearn left his position as Under-23 coach earlier this season.
And former Hibernian defender Chris Hogg, 34, has joined as lead player development coach for the club’s Under-23s from Ipswich Town.
Hogg said: “The staff here have been doing a good job, so it’s up to me to come and enhance the programme.”
Ben Dawson will now return to his previous head of coaching role at the club’s Academy.
