Newcastle United fans want 'inept' Steve Bruce sacked before it is too late

Embarrassing, lifeless, utterly pointless.

Newcastle United stooped to new Premier League lows, even by their standards, in ineptly surrendering three points to previously winless Sheffield United this evening.

But how did #NUFC react to the result? It’s fair to say they want Steve Bruce out the door...

@StuNg8280 – “Don’t think there’s any words that describe how bad that was. Bruce’s position must now be untenable.”

@RobSwinburn – “It was utter garbage. Surely Bruce's time is up. Ashley has to realise it's time to pull the trigger in order to protect his asset. If Bruce stays we will be relegated and any takeover will be a distant memory. Tonight was simply embarrassing.”

@RichMyself – “It has been getting worse but this isn't a case of poor form or lack of confidence! It's the way we set up every game!! Set up to fail...it's beyond a joke, it's not going anywhere and we look completely devoid of anything!”

@BarrowMag – “If anyone on here has Charnley’s ear please remind him of the McClaren season! Before it’s too late.”

@Tinnymac – “Yes I’m going to do it............ difference between Rafa and Bruce is that under Rafa we didn’t win a game in the first 10 of a premier league season and I had full confidence we would stay up!!! I didn’t have confidence in Bruce before a ball was kicked this season.”

@paullynufc79 – “Imagine setting up your team with basically only two attacking players against a team who had won one of their previous 20 league matches?! I can’t wait to see this useless, patronising, inept buffoon binned WHEN (not if!) the #NUFCTakeover goes through!”
