Newcastle United ready offer for ex-Everton midfielder as Magpies miss out on £4.95m deal to Premier League rivals
We’re into day 12 of the January transfer window as speculation surrounding Newcastle United and their Premier League rivals ramps up.
The Magpies allowed Rolando Aarons to join Huddersfield Town permanently last week, one of a number of players Steve Bruce is hoping to ship out this month.
Away from outgoings, Newcastle are also being heavily linked with new arrivals, despite the expectation that’ll be a quiet one on that front.
But if Bruce and co are to recruit - and offload - then they have until 11pm on Monday, February 1 to finalise their business.
