Newcastle United signing handed Premier League debut

Steve Bruce’s take on Norwich City at St James’s Park this afternoon (3pm kick-off). And midfielder Bentaleb will make his league debut for the club following last week’s loan move from Schalke 04. Fellow loan signings Danny Rose and Valentino Lazaro, signed from Tottenham Hotspur and Inter Milan respectively, are on the bench.

Norwich, captained by former United defender Grant Hanley, are propping up the Premier League, while Bruce’s side are 14th in the table. Bruce said: “We have to play to our maximum. Even though they’re bottom of the pile, they’re a good side.”
