Reports also suggest Arsenal and Everton are also interested in the supremely talented, yet troubled player, once regarded as the future of French football.

According to Mundo Deportivo, Barca want to move the player on following the end of the Bundesliga, which started up last week without the injured Brazilian.

And the report claims Kia Joorabchian has been contacted by a number of clubs in England, with Leicester City’s Brendan Rodgers a big admirer.

The La Liga outfit are hoping to recoup more than £70million for the player.
