Newcastle United's predicted Liverpool starting line-up – as Steve Bruce looks set to make some BIG calls

Newcastle United take on Premier League champions Liverpool this afternoon looking to end a stop-start, up and down season on a high.

And here’s how Steve Bruce, in the midst of a defensive injury crisis, is likely to line his team up at St James’s Park.

1. Goalkeeper: Martin Dubravka

The keeper has been an ever-present in the Premier League this season - will that change this afternoon? Unlikely. Photo: Stu Forster

He's likely to be fit again and will probably plug a gap at the back with Emil Krafth struggling. Photo: Pool

Played every minute post-lockdown and would no surprise to see him complete a full house against Jurgen Klopp & Co. Photo: MICHAEL REGAN

Did well against Brighton there, but will be a whole different challenge for the player against the Reds. Photo: Pool
