The Premier League will be allowed to open its transfer windows before the current campaign is concluded under new FIFA regulations.
While the main focus is on the June 17 restart, speculation is showing no signs of slowing down when it comes to the upcoming transfer window – or in Newcastle United’s case, a takeover.
