Ole Gunnar Solskjaer reveals Manchester United's transfer plans amid Sean Longstaff reports
The Red Devils are set to be without midfield duo Paul Pogba and Scott McTominay for the foreseeable future, leaving a lack of options in the middle of the park.
Following United’s defeat to Arsenal on New Year’s Day, Solskjaer revealed that Pogba is likely to need an operation on his ankle and will therefore miss the next "three or four weeks."

That may force United to dip into the transfer market, while recent reports have claimed they are considering another bid for Newcastle midfielder Sean Longstaff.
When asked if recent injuries will impact the club’s decision making in the transfer market, Solskjaer said: “Of course it is playing on our decision-making when you have got two players out.
“If it’s possible we will do something. We are looking at one or two.”

“There are a few plates spinning. We will see. I won't act unless it will improve the team. I have to let two or three go if we want to make changes,” said Bruce when asked about the mid-season window.
One player who has been linked with a move to Newcastle in the past is Inter Milan striker Gabriel Barbosa.
The 23-year-old has recently returned from a loan spell at Brazilian club Flamengo, with reports suggesting the two clubs have failed to agree a permanent deal.
