4. Van Hecke revels in professional dream
Brighton defender Jan Paul van Hecke has admitted that he didn't think he would make it as a professional footballer as recently as two years ago. The 20-year-old is currently out on loan at SC Heerenveen after completing a summer move to the south coast, but has revealed that he almost gave up on his dreams of playing at the highest level.
