Steve Bruce addresses fresh injury concern at Newcastle United
Martin Dubravka took a “whack” on the knee against Southampton – and is being assessed at Newcastle United.
The goalkeeper needed treatment for a collision with Danny Ings during yesterday’s 1-0 win at the St Mary’s Stadium.
Dubravka was able to continue, but left the stadium on crutches.
Head coach Steve Bruce told BBC Radio Newcastle: “He got a whack, but we think he’s going to be OK.”
Dubravka has been a Premier League ever-present for United since joining the club two years ago.
