Steve Bruce welcomes forgotten Newcastle United player back to training

However, Krafth – who spoke to the Gazette about his “tough” start at St James’s Park in January – was pictured back on the training pitch this afternoon ahead of Saturday’s home game against Sheffield United.

Steve Bruce, Newcastle’s head coach, will be without goalkeeper Martin Dubravka (knee).

Striker Andy Carroll (hip) remains sidelined.
