Supercomputer predicts relegation fates of Everton, Leeds United and Burnley and Aston Villa as Newcastle United steer clear of danger

A fourth consecutive win moved Newcastle United up to ninth in the table and ended any lingering relegation doubts.

Victory at Carrow Road means Newcastle have now picked up 43 points from their 34 games so far this campaign.

They’re now 14 points clear of Everton in 18th place and are looking up the table, rather than down.

However, at the bottom of the table, there is a real fight for survival taking place in what could be a very exciting end to the season.

They may have little to play for, however, with games against Liverpool, Manchester City, Arsenal and Burnley, Eddie Howe’s side still have a major part to play in storylines at both ends of the division.

Here, courtesy of FiveThirtyEight, we take a look at the latest supercomputer predictions and where Newcastle Unitedwill finish in the Premier League table when it comes to its conclusion on May 22.
