'Thanks, Hamza Choudhury': Newcastle United fans angry after massive injury blow

Newcastle United fans have taken to Twitter to react to the Magpies’ latest injury blow.

Newcastle United fans aren't happy.

Today, the North East club stated Matt Ritchie has had a second ankle operation – and will not play again this year.

It has been revealed that Ritchie has had further surgery this week but could return in January.

The Newcastle United winger has been out since late August after suffering an ankle injury against Leicester City after a strong challenge by Hamza Choudhury.
