The Newcastle United starting XI that could face Southampton – as Steve Bruce hints at changes

Newcastle United manager Steve Bruce has hinted be could make changes to his side this weekend as Southampton are the visitors to St James’s Park.

Bruce made just the one tweak to his side on Thursday with Andy Carroll coming in for Joelinton – who has struggled since arriving for a club record fee.

He’s suggested more could be on the cards in what is the busiest month of football on the calendar.
