Elias Sorensen has been dropped from the Carlisle United squad for their League Two clash with Cambridge United.
The Newcastle United youngster is on a season-long loan with the Cumbrians and netted his first goal for the club in their reserve win over Morecambe in midweek.
But, while his omission from the squad had some speculating as to whether he was about to be recalled by Newcastle, Sorensen is actually absent after being ruled out through illness.
