This Newcastle United player is 'still not right'

Steve Bruce is short at left-back after losing Paul Dummett and on-loan Jetro Willems to season-ending injuries.

Manquillo, 25, can play there, but the right-back hasn’t yet recovered from the injury he suffered against Leicester City on New Year’s Day.

Bruce said: “Manquillo’s still not right. Out of them all who hurt themselves against Leicester, he was the worst.

“He was going to be four, five, six weeks.”
