It’s something United fans have known all season, but a number of eye-catching, match-winning performances from the Frenchman this winter has seen the rest of the country take note.
But where does the ex-Nice winger rank when it comes to dribbles per 90 minutes when it comes to the rest of the Premier League. Here’s the top seven top flight players, according to Wyscout.
1. Sofiane Boufal - Southampton
Top of the tree is Southampton's Sofiane Boufal with 14.96 dribbles per 90 minutes in the Premier League this season. He has played just 19 games this season, though, and is yet to hit the back of the net. The Moroccan has two assists to his name. Photo: Jordan Mansfield
2. Adama Traore - Wolverhampton Wanderers
Not far behind Boufal, and well ahead of the rest of the chasing pack is former Barcelona and Middlesbrough man Adama Traore. The Wolves speedster produces 13.89 dribbles per game. Traore has four goals and seven assists in the Premier League (28 games). Photo: Richard Heathcote
3. Wilfried Zaha - Crystal Palace
Three goals and five assists for Zaha this season, is not the kind of return you'd expect of a player thought to be commanding a fee of around £80million. He has, however, produced the third amount of dribbles one-on-one per 90 in the Premier League this season - 11.6. Photo: JUSTIN TALLIS
4. Allan Saint-Maximin - Newcastle United
"Saint-Maximin... on the wing"... Since his summer arrival the Frenchman has become a bit of a cult hero on Tyneside, and it's easy to see why. He's produced 11.51 dribbles per 90 minutes in the Premier League from 18 games. He has two goals and two assists in that time. Photo: Stu Forster
