Wolves given HUGE injury boost ahead of Newcastle United visit but striker issue remains
Wolverhampton Wanderers have been boosted by the news that key man Willy Boly is back in training – but he will not be fit for the visit of Newcastle United tomorrow.
According to the Express & Star, central defender Boly is ‘back on the grass and kicking a ball’ as he bids to return from a broken fibula.
Boly has been out since a training ground slip saw him sidelined in October
Meanwhile, the same publication claim striker Patrick Cutrone is unlikely to play for the club this month as his move back to Serie A hangs in the balance.
Cutrone – a £16million buy from AC Milan in the summer – was set to move to Fiorentina but the move hit a stumbling block this week.
Gazzetta dello Sport claim Fiorentina’s patience are being put to the test by Wolves.
He is reportedly 'not expected to be in contention for Saturday’s Premier League clash with Newcastle United'.
