They won promotion back to the Premier Division in season 1995/1996 as Riverside Toledo.

During their time in the Premier Division, they lifted silverware twice - as Bamburgh Toledo they won the Alex Woodcock Cup in 2004 and the Premier League Cup in 2007.

The one constant during that 17-year-period was manager Ron Wightman.

He decided to call it a day and Toledo FC folded at the end of season 2006/2007.
