Bailey Wright latest from Bristol City camp as Sunderland set to seal second January signing
Sunderland are closing in on the signing of Bristol City skipper Bailey Wright, say reports.
Bristol Live claim the centre-back was due to head to the North East this week to complete a medical before the move was delayed following an injury to one of his Bristol City teammates.
His January switch remains on the cards but has been delayed, with the Australian reportedly set to seal a permanent move to Wearside for a nominal fee.
Sunderland boss Phil Parkinson has already confirmed he is not expecting any ins or outs before the clash with MK Dons on Saturday.
