13. Newport Pagnell
The Vase quarter final. We scored some absolutely world-class goal that day - Foley, Phillips, Briggsy. We were unplayable. Photo: Peter Talbot
14. RCA comeback
We finished the game with nine men after Ramma’s broken leg, we were a goal down, but showed great resolve and commitment, capped by Cogdon’s winner. Incredible night. Photo: Peter Talbot
15. Two quick cup wins
Winning the Durham Challenge Cup and the League Cup in a matter of days. The far stand at Hartlepool was full of Shields fans, and great to see, then we romped to a 5-0 win over our Shields derby rivals. Photo: Peter Talbot
16. Parade and civic reception
It’s not often you get the chance to have a civic reception and an open-top bus parade, to see so many people there lining the streets will live long in the memory. Photo: Peter Talbot
