It’s exactly a decade to the day since Newcastle United opened up their Premier League return with a 3-0 defeat at Manchester United.
Chris Hughton’s men were promoted from the Championship at the first time of asking but were greeted back in the top-flight by a dominant Alex Ferguson side.
