I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here has sent a star home in the very first elimination of 2025. Seven of the celebs were left at risk last night and the public decided who to save.
The iconic reality show is in its 25th series and is nearing the end of its second week. ITV will be crowning its next king or queen of the jungle in December.
A live Bush Tucker trial last night (November 27) left seven of the stars at risk of being sent home. But who did the public pick to eliminate first?
Who was up for elimination on I’m a Celeb?
Just like last year, none of the 12 celebs had dropped out of the competition early and so the public vote started before the end of week two. However, not all of the stars were at risk of elimination.
The return of the live Bush Tucker trial yesterday (November 27) pitted the ‘rivals’ against each other in a head-to-head challenge. The celebs went up against each other in a gruesome drinking task, with the winner gaining immunity and the loser being put up for elimination.
It included:
- Jack Osbourne (Win City)
- Alex Scott (Win City)
- Angryginge (Win City)
- Aitch (Doomsville)
- Martin Kemp (Doomsville)
- Kelly Brook (Doomsville)
- Ruby Wax (Win City)
It was left up to the public to decide which of the stars would become the first to be eliminated in series 25. The result was announced in tonight’s (November 28) episode.
Who left I’m a Celebrity tonight?
Before the result of the public vote was confirmed, ITV had plenty of action to fill viewers in with. Jumping back in time a bit, the action started with the second chance Bush Tucker trial as the seven losers had an opportunity to win meals for themselves.
It was a classic challenge featuring lots of creepy crawlies and a cave. The episode also documented the celebs’ growing anxiety around the upcoming elimination.
Viewers could vote via the official I’m a Celeb app, with five free each. The vote closed around 9.40pm British time, Ant and Dec
The first celebrity to be eliminated was: Alex Scott.
I’m a Celeb star’s first words after being eliminated
Alex Scott was the first celeb to cross the bridge and join Ant and Dec in the studio. She said: “It’s been such an incredible experience. I’m so glad I got the chance to do this series with such incredible campmates.”
“I never expected that, to make the bonds that we did,” She added. Alex also revealed that one of her campmates was keeping the toilet seat up in the dunny but kept her lips shut on who exactly is.
The only clue she gave was by describing him as a “national treasure”.
