Each box contains: fresh marinated chicken, bamboo skewers, chapati mint sauce, chopped onion and peppers, garlic and ginger puree, plum tomato puree, mixed bhuna spice pot, curry base sauce, basmati rice and coriander garnish.

Each item is labelled and the box comes with an easy-to-understand instruction leaflet, so even the worst of cooks can master the art of curry making.

Starters will take around 20 minutes to make in the oven or grill and mains will take around 15 minutes on the hob.

Zeera has been operating a popular delivery service throughout lockdown and also delivered banquets to staff at South Tyneside Hospital to lift spirits of staff working at the frontline of the pandemic.
