Joe Wicks cuts PE sessions to three days a week - this is when you can still tune in


The fitness instructor known as The Body Coach has been keeping the nation active during months of lockdown with his live PE With Joe workouts.
The workouts aimed at youngsters and their families have been aired at 9am Monday to Friday on his YouTube channel Body Coach TV for the last 13 weeks.

Hide AdEarning him a raft of loyal fans who tune in each day, the sessions have aimed to lift spirits and keep people fit during the coronavirus pandemic.
The live workouts will now be held on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday’s from 9am.
In an Instagram message to his fans thanking them for their support, Joe said: “It’s not over, but this is the last full week of PE with Joe.

“It’s been so much fun and I’ve laughed so much.
“I feel very proud that I’ve been able to bring so many people together during lockdown.

“As of next week I’ll be running a reduced time table of three days per week.
“I’m going to be doing Live workouts Monday, Wednesday and Saturday at 9am for everyone.
