Johnnie’s Bar, on Walter Street, in Jarrow, has been brought to the property market by Youngs RPS for offers over £195,000.
The pub was previously put up for sale in November 2024 and plans were submitted to South Tyneside Council earlier this year to transform the premises into a children’s nursery.
