9. Ted (Pug)
Ted is an adorable little lad, and a true angel! He loves the company of people and enjoys nothing more than a little toddle out to explore on his walks, never in a hurry, and then finds a cosy place to snooze. He’s a wonderful little character with the sweetest personality. | Newcastle Dog & Cat Shelter

10. Venus (French Bulldog)
Venus is the sweetest little lady who sadly arrived into care as a stray in a very bad state. Venus needed immediate veterinary care and a ton of TLC to get her comfortable. Venus has been seen by vets on many occasions, and also needed regular baths in a medicated shampoo – she has remained the best little patient and has taken it all in her stride! In wonderful news, Venus now seems to be thriving and is very much ready to begin her journey to a new home. | Newcastle Dog & Cat Shelter

11. Missy (Labrador Cross)
Missy is a very sweet and friendly girl who is always pleased to see both people and other dogs! She is a sociable lady, nobody is a stranger to Missy – she will happily say hello to everyone she meets. She absolutely loves getting out and about on her walks – she is happiest when out exploring! She will need an active home who are able to provide her with plenty of mental and physical stimulation. | Newcastle Dog & Cat Shelter

12. Edna (Cane Corso)
Edna is a beautiful young pup who clearly hasn’t had the best start in life. Edna was found as a stray with a significant injury requiring her leg to be amputated. Edna was initially quite nervous, and still can be when meeting new people, but is very quickly won around and once she is your friend she rolls round for belly rubs and will give your hand a little nudge to remind you she needs lots of your attention! | Newcastle Dog & Cat Shelter
