Ross Miller and Garry Miller to appear at Newcastle Crown Court charged with murder of Brandon Lee in South Shields

Police were called at 4am on Tuesday, May 12, to an address on Victoria Road in South Shields, following reports of concern for a man.

Emergency services attended and discovered an unresponsive man inside the property with injuries consistent with a bladed article.

Sadly, Brandon Lee, 24, of Wansbeck Road, Jarrow, was declared deceased at the scene by paramedics a short time later.

Police arrested two men in connection with investigation into his death.

Ross Miller, 23, of Victoria Road, South Shields and Garry Miller, 25, of Beach Road, South Shields have both been charged with murder.

The pair appeared before magistrates in Newcastle on Saturday, May 16.

Northumbria Police have now confirmed the two suspects are due to appear at Newcastle Crown Court on Tuesday, May 19.
