Police arrived at the scene at around 11.20am and carried out a search on the 27-year-old, who denied having a weapon on him.

The court heard that Stewart suffers from both ADHD and autism and on that basis, District Judge Kate Meek adjourned the proceedings until September 18 so a further medical report could be conducted before the defendant is sentenced.
