Darlington, Leeds, and Edinburgh rehoming centres have more than 80 dogs in search of their families and this is just a small selection of those on offer.
Here we have 13 gorgeous pups in need of a home in time for the end of summer - you can find out more at: https://www.dogstrust.org.uk/.
Take a look and see if you can open your heart and home to a furry friend.

9. Frankie (Lurcher)
Looking for super sweet snuggle-buddy? Then meet Fantastic Frankie! He’s a very shy two-year-old Lurcher who is looking for a calm and peaceful home. He builds a very strong and loving relationship, but you need to put in a bit of time first, then after several visits you’ll soon be enjoying his cuddles. | Dogs Trust Leeds

10. Teddy (Terrier Crossbreed)
Teddy is a super sweet six-year-old Terrier Crossbreed who is looking for a calm and quiet home where he can relax. He is quite an anxious lad and needs a peaceful life so would need his home to be in a quiet location with no other pets or children, although older quieter teens could be considered. | Dogs Trust Leeds

11. Sasha (Beagle)
Sasha is a lovely 12-year-old Beagle. Don’t be fooled by her age though! She is still full of energy and loves nothing more than getting out and about for a good explore! She will be fine with calm teenage kids as she does like a bit of peace, and although she is social with dogs out and about, she'll need to be the only pet in her home to properly settle. | Dogs Trust Leeds

12. Bunny (Pekingese Cross)
Bunny is a one-year-old Pekingese cross. Bunny is a very sweet girl who will greet anyone with a wiggly bum and a waggy tail. Bunny could live with another dog of similar size and could live with children over the age of five-years-old. | Dogs Trust Edinburgh
