There are so many gorgeous dogs in search of their forever home this week across the North and North East.
Darlington, Cumbria and Leeds rehoming centres are hoping to find lovely homes for their dogs in order to give them the best possible lives.
Here are just 13 of the dogs searching for a loving family and forever home this week.

5. Kaiser (Dobermann, two-five years)
Kaiser is a fun lad and thrives when he’s in comfortable surroundings. Teddy bear toys are his favourite to play with before settling down with a chew. He has previously been in a home before and settled by himself for the odd hour. He can be a bit eager when out on walks so would like to further his training in this area too. | DT Photo: Dogs Trust Darlington

6. Sally (Border Collie Cross, six months)
Sally is our gorgeous Collie cross, who is 6 months old. She is your typical Collie - intelligent, fast learning and active. A household that has experience with the breed would be best suited for Sally. Sally is a very confident little girl and will say hello to everybody she passes. | DT Photo: Dogs Trust Cumbria

7. Derek (Tibetan Mastiff, one-two years)
Derek is a mountain of a dog but has the most amazing temperament. He doesn't realise his size and loves nothing more than cuddles and fuss from his best friend Amy. Derek has amazed us all at Dogs Trust with just how far he has come since arriving with us. Sadly when Derek came to us he was very matted but has now undergone a very radical hair cut which is why he looks a little strange at the moment. He also had severe problems with his eyes which has left him blind but this really doesn't stop him and he is raring to go !! He is now walking on a lead and has soooo many friends, both human and doggy. Derek should be fine living with another large breed dog or secondary school aged children. He will need a large enclosed garden with access to quieter walks so he doesn't get spooked. | DT Photo: Dogs Trust Leeds

8. Loki (Staffordshire Bull Terrier, 12 years)
Loki enjoys going for walks and still shows his foster mum his playful side rolling on his back and bringing her toys. This super staffy is looking for his forever home where he can go for daily walks or wanders. A garden would be nice for time off lead but is not essential. He settles well when left and sleeps throughout the night. He enjoys his food and takes treats nicely. Loki could be around visiting children 10 yrs plus but being a golden oldie we feel he would be better suited to a quieter adult home where he can enjoy a quieter home.
