There are so many gorgeous dogs in search of their forever home this week across the North and North East.
Darlington, Cumbria and Leeds rehoming centres are hoping to find lovely homes for their dogs in order to give them the best possible lives.
Here are just 13 of the dogs searching for a loving family and forever home this week.

9. Maple (Jack Russell Cross, 14 weeks)
Maple is a 14 week old male terrier cross who is ready for a new home. He is making great progress with house training and loves going out for walks. He can be nervous at first but his cheeky side will soon show once he knows you. | DT Photo: Dogs Trust Cumbria

10. Spud (Shar Pei, four months)
Spud is a 4-month-old Shar Pei. He can get anxious when left so needs adopters around all the time initially to settle him in. He can be bouncy and vocal with visitors, so would prefer a quiet home, teenage children would be fine, and he would be okay with younger visiting children. Spud can be vocal when out and about, especially around other dogs, so he would need walking in quiet areas, and he would ned to be the only dog in the home. Spud is housetrained. | DT Photo: Dogs Trust Leeds

11. Misty (Fox Wire Terrier, eight years)
Misty loves his toys and would make a really fun companion. He also loves his treats so should be a dream to train! Misty does have some medical needs which we can discuss in more details with any shortlisted applicants. Misty is currently living off site in a foster home where he is getting lots of fuss and attention, he even enjoys sleeping on the foster carer’s bed, so if you have space in your heart and in your bed for a little one, please get in touch now! | DT Photo: Dogs Trust Leeds

12. Marley (Lakeland Terrier Cross, one-two years)
Once Marley comes out of her shell, she is such a fun, playful girl who loves to play with a ball but won't always share with you. Once given time to settle in, Marley is going to be such a fun playful girl when given the right time to settle into her home. Could you be a match for Marley? | DT Photo: Dogs Trust Darlington
