5. Trigger (Terrier (Staffordshire Bull))
Trigger is everything you’d want from a fun-loving Staffy! He loves his walkies and playing with his toys, but his favourite pass time is simply enjoying time with his human friends. He’s a true Staffy and loves attention, and treats, so in no time at all he will be your little shadow. His excitement of the great outdoors can sometimes make him strong on lead but he’s perfectly manageable in capable hands. He is a firm favourite with the staff here at the centre and will be a dream pet for any Staffy lover. (Credit: Dogs Trust)

6. Zeus (American Bulldog Cross)
Zeus is the cutest most sweet boy. The way to this boys heart is through his toys. When the toys come out Zeus’ personality just shines through. This is a good way to start your budding friendship! Zeus likes to lean in for some attention and a fuss and likes a cuddle on the sofa if given the chance. He settles well in the house, he is fully housetrained and his favourite past time is stretching out on his bed or investigating the garden. He also loves to play tug games. Zeus is on medication to help his skin due to allergies; this will be something he will be needing long term. If you think you could offer the wonderful Zeus a space on your sofa - pop your application in! (Credit: Dogs Trust)

7. Digger (Crossbreed)
Digger is a very bubbly 11yr old Terrier Cross and is SUPER affectionate once he knows you. Sadly Digger has had little experience of home life and this has left him with a few anxieties. He’s very sensitive to noise, so his home will ideally be in a peaceful area away from busy roads and outdoor noise. Although he can’t share his home with any other pets, he is sociable around dogs on walks once introduced, so owners will be encouraged to continue finding him pals. Digger’s list of tricks is endless and he is extremely clever so he will enjoy learning new things or equally show off his repertoire to you for a tasty treat. He will need to meet his new owners multiple times before he goes home so owners must be committed to attend the centre for these meets. (Credit: Dogs Trust)

8. Loki (Siberian Husky)
Loki has had a lot of upheaval so his next home needs to be his forever home to give him stability. He needs gradual socialising with dogs that he doesn’t know. He can be very vocal on lead when he sees them, so he will prefer to be walked in quieter areas and having his own secure garden for off lead fun times. Loki needs owners to be around for him for the majority of the day as he doesn’t cope with being alone. New owners will need to be prepared to get him used to being by himself very gradually. This may mean having suitable back up support at times. (Credit: Dogs Trust)
