Dogs Trust Darlington currently have 47 gorgeous dogs and puppies up for adoption.
The North East centre is looking for lovely people to care and provide the adorable creatures with a second chance and loving home.
Here are the nine pups who have just arrived at the wonderful centre.
9. Mol (Greyhound)
Toys and a good old game of fetch is certainly the way to this lady’s heart, Mol thoroughly enjoys playing with her toys and it is a great method to build up a strong bond with her. Mol is a sensitive soul so allowing her to introduce herself at her pace is essential but once she knows you she loves a fuss, enjoying to sit on the sofa with her foster carer is currently her favourite pass time. Whilst out on walks Mol likes to investigate and sniff everything she can, she walks well on the lead and can’t wait for all the new adventures she will have with her new family. Mol travels ok in the car and is housetrained. If you can offer a retirement place on your sofa for the lovely Mol, pop your application in now; she is patiently waiting to meet you! 10. Dobby (Lurcher)
Dobby is going to be an absolute joy to welcome to the family! He enjoys his toys and is even learning how to do swaps. Dobby takes his treats gently and these will make for a great reward while he furthers his learning. (Credit: Dogs Trust) | Dogs Trust
11. Bagel (Crossbreed)
Bagel is slowly starting to come out of her shell and is showing us her loving personality. She’s enjoying playing with her toys and really enjoys her treats, these will make great rewards for training. Credit: Dogs Trust | Dogs Trust
12. Josie (Lurcher Cross)
Josie is a 1 year old Whippet cross who is going to be so much fun in the home. She will need to attend hydrotherapy (free of charge) at least once a week here at the centre in the near future to help build her back to full fitness, this can be reduced once she is back to full health. Josie does require a second operation on her other other hip in the next couple of months, this will need to be done at our vets in Bishop Auckland and is fully funded by Dogs Trust. Josie is happy to entertain herself with toys but even better if you join in the fun! Treats are a great reward for working on her training which she takes super gently. It is going to be a pleasure to watch this amazing girl grow up. Credit: Dogs Trust | Dogs Trust
