There are so many gorgeous dogs in search of their forever home this week across the North and North East.
Darlington, Cumbria and Leeds rehoming centres are hoping to find lovely homes for their dogs in order to give them the best possible lives.
You can look through all of Dogs Trust's pooches here.
But here are just 16 of the dogs searching for a loving family and forever home this week.

5. Kima (Crossbreed, one-two years)
Once Kima has built a relationship she is a very sweet and friendly girl. She's already showing progress with her training and we'll happily help you get the best out of her. She loves getting out and about for her walkies so once she's grown in confidence we believe she'll really enjoy exciting days out. She enjoys meeting other dogs out and about and can have walking buddies, but she's not one for sharing so needs to be the only dog in her home for now. Kima looks set to be a great companion and just needs a little time and patience initially. | DT Photo: Dogs Trust Leeds

6. Briar (Cocker Spaniel, two years)
Briar is a 2 1/2 year old Spaniel. He is a worried boy and needs owners who can give his confidence a boost. For this he will need an enclosed garden as walking may be out of the question initially. He needs slow introductions to the outside world and a gradual build up to walking but he will get there in the right hands. Briar would be better in a quiet adult only home and the only pet, he could have walking friends. | DT Photo: Dogs Trust Leeds

7. Luna (Lurcher Cross, five-seven years)
Adorable Luna is looking for a home where someone can give her all the TLC that she deserves. Luna is a sensitive girl with the biggest of hearts, she enjoys meeting new people, albeit a little over enthusiastically sometimes, she is working with her foster carers on learning that not every passer-by wants to say hi. Going out on adventures, where she can enjoy lots of sniffs and investigations. Other dogs do make Luna anxious so she is looking to be the only dog in the home and prefers to walk in quieter areas away from other dogs, but she is doing fab on her training around other dogs. She can be left home alone without issue and her carers have left her for around 2 hours at the moment, so there will be scope to build this further once settled in her forever home. Luna could live with children aged 10 and over and she is a loving lady who enjoys human company. | DT Photo: Dogs Trust Darlington

8. Summer (Weimaraner, six years)
Summer is a gorgeous 6yr old Weimaraner who is looking for a new home through no fault of her own. She is fun, friendly and LOVES being around people. She'll be fine with older kids but as she's a little wary of other dogs she needs to be the only pet in her new home and will be best walked in quieter areas initially. She's a good girl though and doesn't look for any trouble. | DT Photo: Dogs Trust Leeds
