Hebburn gym set to host its ‘Kids Fit Camp’ during the summer holidays
A summer fitness camp for children is once again returning to a Hebburn gym.
A Hebburn gym is once again set to host fun and affordable fitness sessions for children throughout the summer holidays.
KW Fitness, on the Victoria Industrial Estate, in Hebburn will be running its ‘KW Kids Fit Camp’ throughout August.
The sessions will run from 11am until 12.30pm every Tuesday and from 11.30am until 1pm every Thursday.
The classes will involve fitness games, strength and confidence building, active fun, and friendship making.
Each session is suitable for children aged between five and 10-years-old, with those attending set to receive unlimited fruit and water throughout the booking slot.
KW Kids Fit Camp costs just £10 per child, with a sibling discount available (message KW Fitness for details).
